Dave leads Prescient with over 27 years experience in marketing, business development and international business with entrepreneurial and early stage companies in the renewable energy, information technology and consumer product verticals. Previously he has served in the positions of President & Vice President for a variety of technology and sport distribution companies. For the past ten years Dave has focused Prescient on strategic consulting for renewable energy start-ups and early stage companies providing strategic and tactical marketing services in support investment capital acquisition and product commercialization. A sampling of recent clients include BrightPhase Energy, Inc, DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSTI), Photowatt Technologies, SA. and Solar Frontier (Showa Shell Solar K.K.). Dave has broad renewable energy technology knowledge and experience with a particular focus on solar photovoltaics, solar co-generation, and solar thermal. He is a frequent speaker on renewable energy marketing subjects and participates with a variety of renewable energy, sustainable technology and land conservation advocacy groups. Peter is regularly featured in national and international news outlets and brings to Prescient a wealth of diverse financing options and credibility for its clients. Peter holds a AB in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from SUNY Albany.

John has a passion for technology commercialization, product development and strategic management of fast-growth, mission-oriented organizations. He has demonstrated successful leadership in fostering the corporate development and growth of dozens of companies competing in the clean technology, renewable energy, and national security sectors. John marshals extensive local, national and international people networks to assist companies in developing strategic partnerships, cash-positive marketing, and creating and harvesting business value. During his entrepreneurial career in national security and environment, he has developed successful customer relationships with federal agencies, Fortune 100 technology integrators, large and small service and product providers, equity and debt capital sources, human capital pools and a portfolio of more than three dozen early-stage technology companies. He was the Founding CEO of the Chesapeake Innovation Center in Annapolis for which he received a National Achievement Award and a senior executive at ISSI, a federal services firm distinguished as an Inc. 500 during his tenure . He was nominated as Annapolis Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005, Greater Baltimore Innovator of the Year in 2004, and Baltimore Business Journals 40 under 40 in 2003. John earned his B.S in environmental Science at Allegheny College and his MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Geri brings a unique background to Prescient, with over 15 years of experience in the fields of energy, resource economics, and global climate change serving both the public and private sectors. Previously she led the expansion of Maryland’s renewable energy program and establishment of the climate change program as the Director of the Maryland Energy Administration.  She worked as an economist for the USDA Forest Service modeling carbon sequestration in the forest sector and developed a comprehensive model to project future stocks and flows of carbon in U.S. forest products, which is currently being used in the California Climate Action Registry Protocols. Geri has significant experience in siting power plants and renewable energy project implementation, as well as economic modeling for high-performance buildings. She is President of Sage Energy Consulting, which assists Fortune 1000 companies position for greenhouse gas regulations and take advantage of profitable renewable energy solutions and government subsidy programs. Geri has a Master of Science in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
